Inner Harbor/Fells Point/Baltimore is host to Urban Pirates, an hour long cruise around the harbor in a pirate boat, the Fearless. We dressed up like pirates, learned pirate vocabulary, songs, dances and rope knots, and best of all, we fought off dragons and other scalliwags who were trying to steal our booty by spraying them with water cannons! Clean, family fun without any piratical violence. The Ann Street Pier is located at the end of Ann Street, just steps from Thames Street which runs along the water's edge in Fell's Point. My number one tip would be to look for a coupon in one of Baltimore's free papers aimed at kids, or to check out the website for specials. And be prepared to pay the 10% Baltimore amusement tax!
